Minutes of March 7, 2007, Meeting of

RNA Old University Avenue Project Advisory Committee

John Stockham conducted the organizational meeting by working through an agenda prepared for that purpose. All present introduced themselves and described their connection to the project. Some asked that University Avenue tenants be represented on the Committee; others suggested the Steenbock Center and Best Western Inntowner also be represented.

By acclamation, John Stockham was elected Chair and George Hall Vice Chair. Ron Rosner offered to serve as Secretary. It was agreed that the Committee would feed pertinent information to Joel Robbin, RNA webmaster, for inclusion on the RNA website.

Archie Nicolette, City of Madison, offered to provide the Committee a set of links to relevant documents available on the City of Madison website.

After a discussion of subsequent meeting dates the Committee adjourned, at 8:35PM.
